  • You will receive a free assessment by a Homesale Advantage Consultant to determine your real estate and moving needs.
  • They will match you with an experienced real estate professional in your area of interest.
  • They will help you with how to access other complimentary services that are available to you through the program such as mortgage, insurance, title, home warranty, moving services, and utility hook up.
  • Your consultant will act as a contact for you for any information you may need throughout the process. They will also ensure that your rebate is paid.
